BULACAN — Board Member Ricky Roque extended additional assistance to beneficiaries, emphasizing that support goes beyond financial aid and includes encouragement and moral support as they pursue their goals and dreams.
Roque stressed that even modest assistance can make a difference to individuals seeking to continue their studies, sustain their livelihood or pursue other personal goals.
He also underscored the importance of proper implementation and clear criteria in the distribution of assistance to ensure that support reaches qualified beneficiaries.
Roque said financial assistance is only one part of addressing the broader needs of people facing challenges in life. Continuous programs, opportunities and other forms of support are likewise needed to help beneficiaries become more resilient and work toward their aspirations.
